“Bhag Milkha Bhag” is a sports film based on biography of legend Indian
athlete Milkha Singh. The film is produce and directed by Rakeysh Om Prakhas
Mehra. Script is written by Prasoon Joshi and music is composed by Shankar, Ehshan
and Loy. The film is starrer Farhan Akhtar, Sonam Kapoor and Meesha Shafi. Budget
of film is Rs. 30 crores.
Most interesting fact about this film is that Milkha singh
sold the story just for one rupee. The profit from the film will be used for the
benefit of needy athletes. The name of
the film is comes from the last words spoken by his father, that was to save
his life during the riots of Partition of India.
During the partition, Singh lost his family members. The
story talks about his perseverance as an athlete and also as a courageous human
spirit.
Prediction: Since it is biography of legend athlete Milkah
Singh so people will get opportunity to know his story, his struggle and labor..
There is enough buzz and it got great complement by millennium star Amitabh
Bachchan two days ago on premier show. So we hope that it will take good
opening but it is off beat film so predicting any figure is difficult. Film
should opened with 5-7 crores and weekend collection should come around 15-18
crores.
